All the staff was amazingly nice and friendly. Location: the hotel was very close to Tram line, and the city center. Bar P'tit Quebec Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

One drawback was that the apartment did not have air conditioning, so it got quite hot inside. However, the staff promptly provided us with a fan, which helped alleviate the heat.
